+  - Introductory material - this can include instructions/user guides, or questionnaires to fill in before completing course content. If you have completed a form, a greentext 'Done' will be displayed.

If a collection is available to score - as is the case for Test 3 in the example below - the number of cases you have evaluated will be displayed in blue text
