 +For the Point and the three Landmarks, you just have click, and your annotation will be made.

 +For the resizable shapes e.g. Circle, Line... you click once to start - then choose the size - then click again to finish.

 +====How to use them?==== 
 + 
 +  - Multipoint - click your points, when finished, click '​Finish'​ 
 +  - Polygon - each time you click creates a new angle in your shape. Double click to finish 
 +  - Closed freehand - click and drag - the shape is finished when you release the mouse 
 +  - Compound freehand - click and drag to make a line. When you release, you will be prompted to '​Draw'​ or '​Finish'​ which let you draw another line, and finish the shape. Finishing the shape will join up all the lines you have drawn into one shape.
