===== User states =====
A PMA.core user can be in one or more states defined here
==== Administrator ====
The user is an Administrator, which has access to the Administrator UI of PMA.core as well access to all admin API features

==== Suspended ====
The user has suspended all operations, he cannot login or perform any API operation. This is as good as if a user deleted. 

==== Locked out ====
The user has been locked out of the system because of [[settings_server#user_settings|too many incorrect attempts]] at login or by an administrator
