===== User states =====
A PMA.core user can be in one or more states defined here
==== Administrator ====
The user is an Administrator and has access to the Administrator UI of PMA.core, as well access to all admin API features

==== Suspended ====
The user is suspended from all operations, he cannot login or perform any API operation. Effectively as if the user was deleted. 

==== Locked out ====
The user has been locked out of the system because of [[settings_server#user_settings|too many incorrect login attempts]] or was locked out by an administrator
