PMA.start requires libgdiplus.

If you don't know how to proceed with this, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the terminal
2. Type " su - " and press enter
3. Enter your root-password (this is the password that you entered upon installation of your system)
4. Type " yum install libgdiplus " and press enter
4.1. If this doesn't work, try " dnf install libgdiplus " 
5. The installation of libgdiplus should now proceed
