  * Username & Password : connection credentials
  * Folder : Remote directory on server to navigate to if connection is successful

__For My Pathomation :__

  * Email : The email address used to subscribe to My Pathomation (Pathomation cloud).
  * Password : Password received on inbox once the subscription & payment are validated. 
  * Folder : disabled text field, end user can only connect to its own subscription folder.
