For PMA.core :

• Host : PMA.core instance to connect to, it should be in this form “http(s)://xxxxx/pma.core.2/”
• Username & Password : connection credentials
• Folder : Remote directory on server to navigate to if connection is successful

For My Pathomation :

• Email : The email address used to subscribe to My Pathomation (Pathomation cloud).
• Password : Password received on inbox once the subscription & payment are validated.
• Folder : disabled text field, end user can only connect to its own subscription folder.
