The Pathomation software comprises of several plugins that will let you bring pixels from virtual slides into your (analytic) environment of choice.

A full list of all the supported environments can be found at APIs & plugins.

We support several learning and content management systems (LMS/CMS) through plugins as well. These require server-based setups, however, and you need to upgrade to PMA.core or My Pathomation before you can make use of these.
