PMA.start is a free desktop-based viewer and is part of the My Pathomation solution. PMA.start provides useful tools that support My Pathomation users. It offers a easy file transfer function between your pc and My Pathomation, both for uploading and downloading.

PMA.start also allows you to de-identify whole slide images before you upload them to your My Pathomation account. Another useful feature is the ability to convert whole slide images to a Dicom (.dcm) format.
