Creating a new Organization

In My Pathomation you can work on your personal workspace (my workspace) or jump into an Organization.

Why Organisations?

Organisations in My Pathomation give you powerful tools on top of being able to host, share and annotate your slides with a personal account. Organisations also let you invite and manage up to 50 users (talk to us if your organization needs more than 50 users) and assign multiple user profiles including managers, content editors and members, each with different access rights.

For educators or anyone wanting to create group knowledge bases with tests the Education and collaboration plan is the place to be with exciting features like courses and quizzes.
With these powerful tools you can create your own content which integrates your fully interactive slides with course material, your own logos / branding, and different question types including multiple choice, essay open field, number input.

Pathologists interested in sharing cases and using AI algorithms can use the Case Sharing and AI plan. This plan includes access to the Pathomation AI market place, where you can run third party AI algorithms on your slides. All done in the cloud, simply upload our slides and go.

How to Switch?

Through the profile management interface, accessed by clicking the button with the Initials of your name in the right upper corner of the interface, it is possible to create new organizations, and move between your personal profile and existing organizations. You have a free 1 month test period after creating an organization after which you have the option to switch to a paid subscription.

In the example above, we are creating an organization named “Hospital X”. The field “hosting location” is used to select your geographical location, so that the new organization is allocated to the nearest regional server.

Once you press the OK button, your profile interface will now show the newly created organization, which you can access immediately.

Selecting “Go to Hospital x (organization)”, we leave our personal workspace and enter the newly created organization.
