My Pathomation is a cloud platform offering services for digital pathology applications. My Pathomation supports a wide range of image file formats including fluorescent and Z-stacked images. Users can both create a personal space or run an organisation with multiple members.
Your personal My Pathomation workspace lets you store, organize, and share whole slide images (WSIs) from any scanner file format.
It includes powerful features like:

Need more space? Upgrade to the Personal plan for unlimited access and expanded storage.
Organisations for multiple users have more to offer. You can create groups, invite users to join, give them different access rights and decide when group members can access content.
Compared to a Personal plan organisations in My Pathomation offer many interesting additional features depending on the plan you prefer.
The Education and Collaboration plan is great for building educational content or collaborating with other researchers. This plan includes featuring your fully interactive slides in courses and quizzes, and adding your own personal branding.
The Case Sharing & AI plan gives you access to a menu of AI algorithms and has both case sharing and group features. It is great for Pathologists that want one place where they can share cases with colleagues for review and advice or explore if AI can help out to make that difficult score. Researchers that want to explore the utility of AI algorithms or analyse a data set fast will also find this plan useful.
My Pathomation offers a free plan to explore the functionality with a 10GB image storage. For storing larger volumes of images, a monthly, volume-based subscription fee is required starting at 30 EUR for 25GB storage. You can create organisations with up to 50 members by adding an additional monthly fee. Users can increase and decrease their required storage volume as required per organisation or personal workspace. There is no upper limit for the storage volume. What plan fits my needs best?
The My Pathomation cloud platform is compatible with all routine whole slide image formats. If you find a filetype that's not included that you'd like to use, we'd love to hear from you so we can integrate it into our platform!
