My Pathomation is a secure and GDPR-compliant platform with an onboard third-party AI menu.
By offering access to AI algorithms in the cloud, the platform makes it easy to start using AI image analysis. After uploading your images, you can directly choose the algorithm you want to use and obtain results without lengthy setup or complex integration into hospital IT infrastructure.
After subscribing to the AI and case sharing plan, you can access the AI menu. Each time you use one of the algorithms, the cost is added to your account.

Slide quality control
The menu is continuously expanding. Keep an eye on this space for updates. Users are encouraged to propose new additions at info@pathomation.com.
Algorithms labeled 'ROI' have a maximum limit for the size of the region of interest (ROI) submitted for analysis. They are best suited for targeted approaches where only a specific part of the image needs to be analyzed.
Algorithms labeled 'WSI' (Whole Slide Imaging) have no maximum size limit. Therefore, they can be applied to the entire slide. They also accept ROI selections, which is particularly useful for excluding biomarker control tissue present on the slide, preventing skewed analysis results.
