From the PathoTrainer homepage, choose the project that contains the case collection you want to add a scoring form to using the dropdown menu. Click on the desired case collection to open its edit page.

On the edit page, select the scoring form you want to use for this case collection. After selecting it, scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom of the page to register the form.

Once the scoring form is set, go to your training session within the same project. You can review the scoring form directly in the viewer. By assigning trainees the Test Active Interaction Mode, they will be able to score the cases themselves, as shown in the HER2 example.

Trainees can go through all cases in the session and submit their scores. Make sure they submit each answer before moving on to the next case so that all results are saved correctly.
