In the Speed Test page of the System section of the administrators toolbar, you can run and view the results of a Speed Test between your current location and the server/geo-replicated instance(s) you have.

N.B. We recommend disabling your VPN if you have one, both for running Speed Tests and for using the Pathotrainer in general, as VPNs often drastically reduce performance with lower download and upload speeds, and in some cases actively throttle these.
