Pathotrainer provides a flexible annotation system that supports the full lifecycle of working with digital slides.
Test Active Interaction Mode is designed for trainees who need to actively practice. In this mode, users can load cases, create new annotations, highlight structures, and interact with the image as if they were performing a real diagnostic task. This mode focuses on learning by doing: trainees explore the case, mark relevant features, and build practical skills.
Review Interaction Mode is intended for supervisors and evaluators. Here, the platform loads the annotations created previously by trainees, allowing supervisors to inspect them in detail. Supervisors can compare the student’s annotations with the reference solution, assess accuracy, provide feedback, and monitor progress.
